The signal appears when numbers are visible, but meaning is slow to settle.

We see teams discussing what moved without aligning on why it moved or what should change next. Interpretation varies across roles and regions. Decisions wait for consensus that never quite forms.

In fast-moving environments, this delay matters. Small performance shifts go unaddressed. Learning cycles stretch. By the time action is taken, conditions have already changed.

This is especially common where multiple teams or partners view the same data through different lenses. Each perspective is valid, but without alignment, direction weakens.
