  • Abuse of Resources: Overloading server resources in a manner that disrupts service for other users.

2. System & Network Security

You must not compromise or attempt to compromise the integrity or security of our infrastructure. This includes any unauthorized testing, probing, or scanning of our systems, or bypassing security measures.

3. Child Exploitation & Abuse

We have a zero-tolerance policy toward the hosting or distribution of content involving child exploitation or abuse. Any such activity will be reported to law enforcement immediately.

4. Fair Use of Shared Resources

Shared hosting clients are expected to use resources fairly and without negatively impacting others. We reserve the right to take action if your usage threatens the stability or performance of the platform.

5. Enforcement & Violations

We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations of this Policy. In cases of clear abuse, we may suspend or terminate accounts and cooperate with law enforcement or legal requests.

6. Reporting Abuse

We provide managed web hosting services, domain registration, email hosting, and related tools and support. Some services may be subject to additional terms such as our Service Level Agreement (SLA), Acceptable Use Policy, or Refund Policy.

3. Acceptable Use & Abuse Policy

You agree to use our services responsibly and in compliance with our Acceptable Use & Abuse Policy. Prohibited actions include (but are not limited to):

  • Hosting or distributing malware, viruses, or pirated software
  • Sending unsolicited email (spam)
  • Engaging in phishing, scams, or fraudulent activities
  • Hosting hate speech, violence, or illegal content
  • Abusing server resources in a way that affects other users

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account found in violation of this policy, with or without notice. Serious abuse may result in immediate termination and notification to relevant authorities.

4. Billing & Payments

All services are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, or annually). You agree to keep your billing details up to date. Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for eligible hosting services. Domain registrations, renewals, and third-party tools are non-refundable. To cancel, log in to your client portal or contact our support team.

6. Uptime & Service Commitment

We aim to provide 99.99%+ uptime. While we proactively monitor our infrastructure, some interruptions may occur due to external factors such as upstream provider issues or force majeure events.

7. Support Scope

We offer 24/7 support via chat, email, and support ticket. Our assistance includes help with hosting performance, email, domain setup, and CMS integration. We do not provide support for third-party tools or custom code.

8. Termination of Service

We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms, non-payment, or abuse. You may cancel your service at any time by following the applicable cancellation process.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and materials provided by AiwaHost Technologies are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute them without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months for the affected services.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in that jurisdiction.

Billing, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At AiwaHost Technologies, we strive to offer clear, fair, and transparent billing practices. This policy outlines how we handle billing, refunds, and service cancellations for our hosting services.

1. Billing Terms

  • All hosting services are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, or annually), depending on the plan you choose at sign-up.
  • Payments are processed in CAD or USD and may include applicable taxes based on your location.
  • It is your responsibility to keep your billing and contact information current to avoid interruptions in service.

2. Payment Methods

We accept all major credit cards and other secure payment gateways. Your payment details are processed via encrypted channels to ensure your financial information remains safe.

3. Automatic Renewals

All plans renew automatically at the end of the billing cycle to avoid service disruption. You will receive email reminders prior to renewal. You may opt out of auto-renewal by updating your preferences in the client portal.

4. Refund Policy

  • We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on eligible hosting plans for first-time customers only.
  • Domain registrations, renewals, and third-party add-ons (e.g., SSL certificates, licenses) are non-refundable.
  • Refunds requested outside of the 30-day window will not be processed unless required by law.
  • To request a refund, contact support or submit a ticket from your account within the eligible period.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your hosting service at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting our support team.
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted before the next renewal date to avoid being billed for the next cycle.
  • Upon cancellation, your account and data will be deleted after a brief grace period, unless otherwise requested.

6. Failed Payments & Account Suspension

If your payment fails, we will notify you and attempt to retry payment. If payment is not received within 7 days, services may be suspended. After 14 days of non-payment, we may terminate your account and delete associated data.

Service Level Agreement (SLA)

At SeeConversion Technologies, we are committed to delivering reliable and high-performing hosting services. This Service Level Agreement (SLA) outlines the uptime commitments, response times, and compensation procedures applicable to our managed hosting services.

1. Uptime Guarantee

We guarantee a monthly network uptime of 99.99%. Uptime is calculated on a calendar-month basis and excludes scheduled maintenance, emergency fixes, or outages caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., DDoS attacks, third-party network failures, force majeure).

2. Service Monitoring

Our infrastructure is continuously monitored 24/7 to ensure performance and availability. We use industry-standard tools and best practices to detect issues proactively and respond before they affect your operations.

3. Scheduled Maintenance

  • We may perform scheduled maintenance with at least 24 hours’ notice.
  • Such maintenance will be conducted during off-peak hours whenever possible to minimize impact.
  • Scheduled maintenance is excluded from uptime calculations.

4. Support Response Time

We offer 24/7 support via ticket, chat, and email. Typical response times are:

  • Critical issues: within 30 minutes
  • High priority: within 1 hour
  • General inquiries: within 4 hours

5. SLA Credits

If uptime falls below 99.99% in a given month (excluding scheduled maintenance), you may be eligible for SLA credit as follows:

  • 99.0% – 99.98% uptime: 5% credit of monthly hosting fee
  • 98.0% – 98.99% uptime: 10% credit
  • Below 98.0% uptime: 25% credit

To request SLA credit, submit a ticket within 7 days of the downtime event. SLA credits are applied to future invoices and have no cash value.

6. Exclusions

The following are excluded from the uptime guarantee:

  • Customer-caused outages (e.g., script errors, misconfigurations)
  • Outages caused by third-party software or services
  • Force majeure events beyond our control
  • Suspension due to non-payment or Acceptable Use Policy violations

7. Changes to This SLA

AiwaHost Technologies reserves the right to modify this SLA with notice. Continued use of our services indicates your agreement to the latest SLA terms.
