Terms of Service (ToS)

Effective Date: July 3, 2026

1. Contractual Relationship These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding legal agreement between SeeConversion Technologies (“we,” “us,” or “our”), an independent B2B revenue infrastructure agency owned and operated in Saskatchewan, Canada, and you (“Client”). By executing a service order or accessing our deliverables, you agree to these Terms.

2. Managed Scope of Services As a specialized solo-founded agency, we provide hands-on technical integration, RevOps architecture, pipeline automation, and custom dashboard reporting. The exact parameters of your project are defined in your specific Service Order. Any requested shifts outside this scope require a written and agreed-upon Change Order.

3. Governing Jurisdiction These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan, Canada. Both parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Saskatchewan for any legal matters.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. 30-Day Hosting Guarantee We offer a 30-day hosting guarantee on infrastructure components managed directly by SeeConversion. If you are not satisfied with the hosting performance within the first thirty (30) days of launch, you may request a full refund of your initial hosting fees.

2. Non-Refundable Items Because bespoke engineering requires direct allocation of founder time and specialized resources, the following are strictly non-refundable:

• Custom Engineering Work: Billed hours or milestones for custom pipeline development, code architecture, and API builds.
• Domain Registrations: Costs tied to securing or transferring custom domains.
• Third-Party Software: Direct expenses for third-party tools, plugins, or marketplace licenses purchased for your stack.

3. Service Cancellation Recurring subscriptions can be canceled at any time via your client portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, with no pro-rated refunds for partial periods.
